Daniel Smith (ダニエル スミス, Danieru Sumisu) is a Fullbringer and member of the American Branch of Xcution.

History

Not much is known at this point other than his family adopted Jack O'Neill when he was seven. When he was 24 he owned a small bar but it closed down a few years later.

Personality

Daniel is a true American patriot he strongly believes in America even after all he has learnt about Hollows and Shinigami. He defends America when Tom insults the country though he usually proves Tom's insults correct when he blunders up his defense. At times Daniel forgets his patriotism and defends his fellow members of Xcution often fighting in their place. He enjoys American foods, despite some of the foods originating in other countries. He plays American football when he is not at Xcution.

Plot

Soul Society Invasion arc

Daniel and the other members of Xcution's invasion force gather at the Portal Pad to transport them to Soul Society. When he arrives he kills numerous Shinigami before he is confronted by Izuru Kira. After a battle with the Shinigami Lieutenant he emerges victorious but he is cut by Kira's Captain Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi.

Powers & Abilities

Spiritual Awareness: Daniel is able to see and sense Shinigami and Hollows and determinate their distance.

Bringer Light Expert: Daniel has shown to be an expert at using Bringer Light to move around New York.
