Rachel Stark (ラケル硬直, Stark Rachel) is a Fullbringer and a member of Xcution's Main Branch.

Appearance

Rachel is a young teenager with short blonde hair. She has blue eyes which she hides under her bangs, she wears reading glasses when she has to read or look at things at long distances. She wears pink vest top and jean shorts with trainers.

Personality

Rachel is a shy girl who loves to watch anime. Her personality is a mix of her favourite anime heroines. She has a strong sense of justice and enjoys a challenge. One aspect of her personality is she believes herself untouchable due to her Fullbring. This causes friction between her and other members of Xcution. She has deep feelings for Tom due to his heroic attitude towards other, she believes she is love with him but is unsure of her feelings.

History

Rachel came from a wealthy family her parents gave her everything she wanted. She came to be isolated due to not making any friends. One of her parent’s friends’ daughters introduced her to anime she quickly became addicted to magical girl anime. One day in private school she noticed a Hollow floating around the school, after her lesson she went to investigate it. She watched as it devoured a Plus, it quickly turned its attention to her and she awakened her Fullbring powers and killed it.

One day she found herself alone in a shopping centre she was discovered by a group of Shinigami who wanted to kill her, afraid she ran but couldn’t out run them she locked herself in one of her barriers until Tom rescued her. He offered her a place within Xcution, she accepted straight away. She trained under Tom for years to grow her powers; during this she began to have feelings for him.

Powers & Abilities

Enhanced Spiritual Awareness: She is able to sense Hollows and Shinigami, and also sense any changes in them.

Spiritual Power: Like all Fullbringer, Rachel has some Spiritual Power, How much is currently unknown.

Fullbring

Magical Girl Power (魔法少女電源, Mahō shōjo Dengen): Her Fullbring focus is a hair pin given to her by her late grandmother. Each of her six abilities resides in her hair-clips which are shaped like six-petalled flowers. When using one of her abilities the pin disappears. She has six techniques but so far only three have been seen.

• Enhanced Spiritual Power: Rachel's Spiritual Power is boosted to the point she is able to keep up with a lieutenant-level Shinigami.

• Time Reversal: By surrounding a target with her red barrier she is able to reverse the flow of time on a person or object. She mainly uses this for healing purposes. Due to revering time on a person they regain their Reiatsu.

• Revive Dead: A subset of her Time Reversal she is able to revive the dead despite them being dead a long time. Doing this she is able to increase their original power as seen with Kūgo Ginjō, who was defeated and killed by Ichigo Kurosaki after his revival he was able to defeat Ichigo and subdue a Captain, something he wouldn't have been able to do in the past.

• Four Cornered Barriers: Rachel is able to create a impenetrable barrier in front of herself or around her. She mentions that she is able to create multiple barriers to protect more people.

• Reishi Cannon: Rachel can gather Reishi from the surrounding area gathering it at the palm of her hand, she then condenses it into a small ball and then release it onto her target. The destructive force of the attack is enough to shock even a Captain-level Shinigami, Tom has forbidden Rachel to use this attack in the Human World.
