Victoria Campbell (キャンベルビクトリア, Campbell Victoria) was a Fullbringer and a member of the Fullbringer Council.
Appearance[]
Victoria is a slim young woman with average height distinguished by her Eastern look: her long, straight and glossy black hair, reaching down to her lower back, while mostly left loose, being parted in the middle of her forehead and sporting two bangs framing her face and going down below her shoulders, her hair is also tied into a pair of bun-shaped loops at both sides of her head, and a braid is present some inches below each of such loops.
Her facial make up is reminiscent of that worn by a Japanese "Geisha", with her lips being covered in glossy dark lipstick, and her slanted dark eyes, possessing long eyelashes, being topped by a pair of elongated, diagonal dark spots, seemingly acting as or covering her eyebrows. Her pale figure appears to be considerably curvaceous.
Victoria's attire is yet again Eastern-looking, with the woman wearing a strapless dress highly reminiscent of a "Cheongsam". This is shown to possess a large slit in correspondence to Victoria's left leg, exposing it all up to her thigh, and comes secured to her body by a number of dark laces on the back and to her right side, exposing a part of her right breast's back side, and by a line of metal fasteners taking the shape of two horizontally-placed triangles with their bases linked together on her front left side.
Such garment is dark in its back part where the laces are, and light-coloured on the front, where a large decorative motif representing a "Saber-toothed cat" menacingly lurking in the grass is present, in reference to Victoria's guild. Her outfit is completed by a pair of shoulder-length ornamental gloves again bearing dual colours, dark on the arm and hand's lower part and light on the upper one, and dark boots reaching up to her middle calves.
Personality[]
Victoria is an outwardly calm and confident person. She speaks in an archaic, old form of Japanese, despite being born in England. Befitting her speech, she is very mature and wishes that the people around her act accordingly.
In battle, Minerva enjoys sadistically toying with her opponents. Excusing her actions as an act of "boredom". She openly supports the Shinigami believing them to be "perfect beings". This lead her to betray Toronamatei to the Shinigami. She believes that only she is capable of leading Toronamatei to secure its "destined future".
History[]
Ten years before Toronamatei was destroyed, she was elected to join the Fullbringer Council. Despite not having contributed much to the city her power alone gained her enough support to join. At some point she began to believe the Shinigami were "perfect beings". Also around this time she came into contact with Kenji Kuchiki, the then Captain of the Sixth Division.
For two years she supported the Gotei 13 from the shadows of Toronamatei. During that time she met Sally Goodwood, a Fullbringer with a rare and powerful Fullbring. She moulded her into her personal assassin.

Immense Spiritual Power: She has enough spiritual power to make her an ally to the Shinigami. Being on the Fullbringer Council Victoria has a tremendous amount of spiritual power.
Spiritual Awareness: As a spiritual being, Victoria can sense other Fullbringers at a significant distance and can also see Shinigami.
Fullbring[]
War God's Rose (大戦神のバラ, Taisen-shin no bara): Victoria's Fullbring uses an old Christian cross. Her power works by shrouding objects that she wishes to move in a purplish cloud. The cloud then moves the object to any place that she can see with her own eyesight, however, any place that she sees through a reflection she won't be able to move there. If her line of sight is obstructed then the object that she is trying to move is free from the cloud, meaning she needs to keep an eye on her target at all times. The area inside the cloud makes anyone alive seem like time has stopped, anyone inside can move freely and be viewed by others as if nothing was wrong. Her clouds are impervious to damage from the outside, but can be dispelled from within.

- Victoria appearance is based off of Fairy Tail character Minerva.
